On 23& 24th Berlin/Brandenburg  based tech companies visited polish West Pomerania Region to expolore business opportunities in that 2 hours drive region.

Main partners of the event: Center for Economic Initiatives  of Marshal's Office of the Westpomeranian Region and The West Pomeranian ICT Cluster gave an overview of vibrant IT scene in the region and highlighted strenghts of the region and benefits for foreign partners. 

After the introduction, companies took part in business match making session. Comanies had 20 minutes rounds one to one to get to know other company and search for areas for possible collaboration. 

In the afternoon group has visited enterprise: Autocopmp Management, innovative copmany, member of ITC West POmerania Cluster, that specialise in R&D, software, optics, simulators and trainers, automation and control systems for military, education and civil market.

Second day was occasion to meet more entreprenurs from the Region during conference: To share knowledge and experiece in business.    

Three interesting panel disscusison with Polish and German speakers focused on important topis in the world of VUCA: changes in energy sector, how  companies should be managed and react to contact changes and how IT sector is also adapting to new realisties. 

René Ebert, Managing Director of SIBB e.V contributed to the panel related to IT sector and presented Berlin perspective on increasing female participation in tech industries and how companies try to prevent from cyber attacks.
