The SIBB Incubator program has officially started its latest cohort, and the kick-off week was filled with inspiration and connection. The journey began at the Nikolassee station, where the group walked through the Grunewald forest. During the walk, founders paired up to discuss important questions about their entrepreneurial journeys, such as their goals as founders and the resources they can rely on during challenging times.
The conversations were both insightful and meaningful, with participants discovering shared experiences and concerns. This connection set the foundation for a supportive and collaborative atmosphere throughout the week. Climbing up the Grunewaldturm provided a birds-eye view towards the city and a unique memory.
On Tuesday, the teams presented their startup ideas to the whole SIBB team for the first time. The presentations highlighted the creativity and potential of each project, and the SIBB team is excited to support these innovative founders over the next 10 months.
During the week, the teams also attended their first workshops, gaining valuable knowledge and tools to help them build strong foundations for their time at the Incubator. The SIBB Incubator team provided a detailed onboarding process to ensure that everyone felt comfortable and at home in their new workspace. Strategies for efficient time management within the teams were discussed. Stay tuned for updates on their progress and achievements in the coming months.
The kick-off week was a strong start to an exciting journey, and we're eager to see what the future holds for these talented entrepreneurs.
