Anja Spilker is an international founder, nomadic CEO, and business mentor with over a decade of experience in language, education, and technology. As the founder and CEO of ZALOA Languages—one of Latin America’s top platforms for German learning—she has connected learners in 30+ countries with job opportunities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Anja also created Deutsch-Fest, the largest German learning event for Latinos, co-organized the Polyglot Conference, and was named one of Mexico’s Top 10 Female CEOs in 2024. She mentors founders, judges pitch competitions, and hosts Mentor Up, a podcast on business, innovation, and personal growth
