The SIBB Incubator supports Early-stage startups that strengthen cyber resilience, develop trustworthy AI, and advance key digital technologies.
- Teams without market entry
- 2–4 founders per startup
- Focus on cybersecurity, AI, smart infrastructure, green digital, digital health, or smart manufacturing
- Diverse and international teams are welcome
Important: You don't have to be a startup focused solely on cybersecurity or AI. We're looking for bold founders who bring technology to market responsibly.

We'll help your startup
enter the market in 10 months
Phase 1:
Problem-solution fit
This is where you lay the foundation. Through an intensive workshop program and coaching sessions, you’ll validate your business idea, define your target audience, and set OKRs. You’ll develop your first pitch deck and business case.
Phase 2:
Product-market fit
From concept to reality. You’ll finalize the first MVP and the go-to-market strategy. You’ll refine your customer pitch, achieve initial success in reaching out to customers, and build your resilience for the market launch. Expert coaches and mentors will provide you with personalized support.
Phase 3:
Growth & Investor Readiness
Ready for the next level: You’ll optimize your MVP for your first customers, establish scalable sales and business processes, and develop a funding strategy. Targeted pitch training will prepare you perfectly to win over investors and secure funding from support programs.
Phase 4:
Sales & Funding
The Final Launchpad: You’ll close your first sales, secure follow-on funding, and move forward with founding your company. You’ll build a network of business angels, customers, and partners. The program concludes with your pitch at Demo Day in front of investors, founders, and industry experts.

ZenZen
ZenZen is an AI-supported app for pregnant women with diabetes and offers support in nutrition, exercise, sleep and mental health - for a healthy, stress-free pregnancy.
Peak Power
Peak Power is developing an intelligent, decentralized energy storage system. Its software controls storage systems, balances the electricity grid and promotes the energy transition as well as the economic efficiency of the systems.
Terramate
Terramate from Mineiros offers an IaC platform for simple, secure and scalable cloud infrastructure. The aim is to democratize cloud usage and promote resource-saving innovation.
Stocadro
Stocadro digitizes warehousing in scaffolding construction. A lack of overview of stocks and return deliveries leads to inefficiencies. Their newly developed process records return deliveries digitally and enables the use of WMS.
