Founder-Led Sales Coach (m/f/d)
Location: Berlin (on-site)
Scope: 30% (expandable upon request)
Responsibilities: Workshops (30%), startup support/coaching (60%), team coordination & operations (10%)

About Us: The SIBB Incubator

The SIBB Incubator is a 10-month program for early-stage startups in cybersecurity, trustworthy AI, and deep tech. Eight teams per cohort receive coaching, mentoring, and up to €100,000 in funding to work full-time on their market entry.

Your responsibilities:

You coach deep-tech founders with no prior startup experience in founder-led sales, helping them build visibility, acquire their first customers, and prepare for follow-on funding.

  • Visibility: You’ll help founders become thought leaders in their fields—working with them to communicate publicly and build market presence and trust across various channels.

  • Founder-Led Sales: You’ll practice discovery calls, sales pitching, handling objections, and closing deals with your first paying customers and pilot deals. The teams will build traction (waitlists, LOIs, revenue) and learn how to present these results effectively.

  • Funding Readiness: You guide teams in keeping track of their metrics, developing a robust market analysis and a business model with validated unit economics, and professionally preparing for further public and private investments using a data room.
