SIBB Incubator Startups Launch Their Market Outreach

Thu, Sept. 10, 2026

In the current phase of the startup incubator, after conducting an in-depth analysis and working on their business models, the teams are now increasingly engaging in direct dialogue with potential customers.

Through numerous workshops and intensive coaching sessions, they advanced their product development and, using targeted user research, designed their solutions to meet customer needs.

With initial test customers, demo calls, and pilot discussions, the startups are now moving into the implementation phase. Working together with companies, the startups are refining relevant use cases, aligning their solutions with specific customer requirements, and thereby preparing for their first pilot projects and subsequent market entry.

“Our teams already bring a high level of technological expertise and robust solutions to the table. Now the goal is to work with our first test and pilot customers to tailor these solutions to specific use cases and thereby lay the groundwork for a successful market entry.”
[Etta Dannemann, Startup Coach at SIBB Incubator]

Pitch Day: Solutions Meet Business Expertise

The highlight of the past month was Pitch Day on September 3. The teams presented their solutions to business leaders, investors, and tech and startup experts from the SIBB network. In five-minute pitches, the teams presented their solutions to an audience for the first time and received valuable feedback.
At the same time, the startups took advantage of the event to network with relevant players from the SIBB network and hold initial discussions about potential pilot projects.

Next Step: Pilot Projects

In the coming weeks and months, the focus will be on developing the first pilot projects based on the outreach efforts. Mentors from the SIBB network will be on hand to support the teams as experienced advisors.
